Are you the official Heathrow Airport parking?+
No. We are an independent private parking operator, not affiliated with Heathrow Airport Limited. We run our own staffed, secure compound near the airport and serve passengers flying from Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5 — typically at a fraction of official on-airport rates.
What's the difference between Meet & Greet and Park & Ride?+
Meet & Greet: a DBS-checked driver meets you at the terminal, you complete a photo condition report together, and we park the car for you. Park & Ride: you drive to our compound and we shuttle you to the terminal. Same compound, same care — different price and convenience level.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before drop-off. Head to Manage booking, cancel in a couple of clicks, and your refund is issued automatically back to the card you paid with.
What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight and work to the actual landing time. There are no delay charges — the price you locked at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. Your price is fixed at checkout. There are no booking fees and no surprise charges. Any optional extras are shown clearly before you pay.
Which terminals do you cover?+
All four passenger terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 — for both Meet & Greet and Park & Ride.
